Business partnership conditions

1. Exploratory cooperation
The Quotebaken business-partnership form is for organizations wishing to explore co-marketing, community education, software integration or member benefits. Submitting a proposal is non-binding and creates no obligation to cooperate.
2. No automatic commission
A collaboration is separate from the affiliate program. No fixed referral percentage, payment, exclusivity or commercial commitment applies automatically. Any referral fee, member discount, revenue share or shared promotion requires a separate written agreement before implementation.
3. Proposal and approval
Quotebaken reviews each application and may request more information. Any collaboration starts only after clear written confirmation of activities, responsibilities, content, duration, approved channels and any costs. We cannot guarantee traffic, leads, customers or revenue.
4. Brand and communication
Do not use Quotebaken trademarks, product screenshots, partner claims or advertising material without approval. Neither party may claim the other endorses a product until consent is given in writing. No unsolicited mass promotional messages or false claims are permitted.
5. Privacy and confidentiality
Information supplied via the application form is used to evaluate and answer that request, not to add the applicant to an unrelated mailing list. Neither party may share confidential information or personal customer data without an appropriate lawful basis and separate arrangements where required.
6. Ending talks and questions
Either party may end exploratory discussions without penalty or obligation, unless a separate binding agreement says otherwise. Quotebaken is operated by Dorian Ecommerce (KvK 88067718), Netherlands. Contact: info@quotebaken.com. Dutch law applies subject to mandatory rules.
