Affiliate pilot conditions

1. Purpose and pilot status
These rules describe the proposed Quotebaken affiliate pilot. Applying is non-binding. A commission entitlement exists only after Quotebaken confirms individual participation and commercial terms in writing. The automated payment verification and payout feature is not active yet.
2. Standard rates
The proposed standard reward is 15% of the first six successfully collected monthly subscription fees, excluding VAT, per newly referred eligible customer. For a yearly subscription it is 7.5% of the first paid yearly subscription fee, excluding VAT. Special agreements may provide 20% monthly or 10% for the first year, only when confirmed in writing. After these periods no further commission is accrued.
3. Valid referrals
After approval an affiliate receives a unique referral link. A referral is attributed only when a genuinely new user explicitly registers through that link. Existing users, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent registrations or visitors who do not register through the partner link do not qualify. Attribution uses the registration referral code, not tracking cookies.
4. Paid subscriptions only
Free trials, signups, clicks, failed or unpaid invoices, chargebacks and refunded subscription amounts do not produce commissions. Cancellation stops future commissions. Corrections are possible for refunds or suspected abuse. Payment must be verified against Stripe billing records before any commission can be approved.
5. Invoicing and payout
No automatic payments are available during this pilot. Before compensation starts, parties agree a written contract covering the settlement process, payout timing, minimum threshold (if applicable), invoice requirements and taxes. Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations; Quotebaken does not promise any minimum revenue.
6. Responsible promotion
Partners may only use accurate Quotebaken product information and must clearly disclose sponsored or affiliate relationships where required. No spam, unsolicited bulk outreach, impersonation, misleading earnings claims, fake reviews, bidding on our brand without permission, or promotion that violates law or platform policies. The affiliate must follow applicable privacy and advertising rules.
7. Brand, privacy and termination
Quotebaken retains its brand and software rights. The affiliate does not receive customers’ private data or payment details; only aggregated referral figures may be shown. Quotebaken can reject or suspend participation in case of risk, misconduct or policy breaches. Unpaid, disputed commissions are reviewed under the separately agreed contract.
